We have been learning about different professions that parent's in our syndicate have.
Today we had Mr Kerry Fenton, Hamish Graham, Ta'i Hewitt and Jacoline Brink talk to the children in the middle school about their jobs.
The children picked one of the jobs they wanted to learn more about today. Some children learnt about what it was like to be a swimming Instructor.
Here are the questions they asked Jacoline

It does get cold, in the winter the water is cold. Sometimes it can be a little scary when it is someone new and I am  getting to know the person I am working with

Did you have to save anyone?
Lucky not. I did have an incident. The mother was pregnant and she was hot and tired. I had to pull her out of the water and call the life guard.

I start at 9.30- I go at 9am to get changed and get all the equipment out.
