Free Writing

In Room 8 we have a book called Free Writing. Inside this book we are allowed to let our imagination free. This book is there for us to use once we have done our set writing for the day. Here are some ideas of things we could write about... 

A special dinner or a meal you know to cook	Family holiday you went on	A game of sport you played
A special present you gave someone	What would you do with a money tree	What do you want to do when you grow up
Write a story about a castle and a dragon	Imagine you are a cartoon character, who would you be and what would you do	What would a day being a yr 8 look like at St Josephs

Pick one idea from the box and write about it. Remember to give details like who is in the story, where are they, what are they doing and why.
